All results are for "self-exploration and entertainment reference only"—they are not medical, financial, or legal advice.

🍎 Relationship with Apple Terms
These terms apply to versions downloaded via Apple App Store and operate alongside Apple's Media Services Terms (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/). If anything in these terms conflicts with Apple's terms, Apple's terms prevail.
You also acknowledge that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this app's End User License Agreement (EULA) and has the right to enforce relevant provisions.
🪪 Account Registration
You must be at least 13 (general use); 18+ to subscribe to Premium
Minors aged 13-17 are recommended to obtain legal guardian (parent) consent
Register via email, Google, or Apple account
Provide truthful birth data for accurate results (we don't verify authenticity)
One person should generally have only one account
Accounts cannot be transferred, shared, or sold
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure

Use all chart calculation and divination features (Free users have some content locked)
Subscribe to Premium to unlock advanced interpretations (must be 18+)
Use the compatibility feature with partners' data (you must have legal rights to share)
Watch rewarded ads to unlock book excerpts
❌ What You Cannot Do
Reverse engineer, crack, or copy our calculation logic and content
Use scrapers or automation tools for bulk API calls
Repost app content on other platforms for sale
Use third-party data without consent for compatibility readings
Use the app for illegal or harmful activities
Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or bans

Subscription Plans

Length: 1 month / 1 year (see in-app display for details)
Price: per App Store display (adjusted by local currency and tax)
Age requirement: must be 18+
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before expiration
Renewal occurs at the price shown at renewal time (any price changes will be communicated to you in advance per Apple's rules)
Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, failing to cancel 24h before trial end converts to paid subscription
Cancellation
iPhone Settings → Your Apple ID → Subscriptions → zodigla → Cancel
Access continues until end of current period
Refunds
All payments processed via Apple StoreKit—we don't receive credit card info
Request refunds directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com (we cannot process refunds)
📺 About Ads
Free version shows AdMob ads (including rewarded ads for unlocking book content). Premium subscribers see no ads. All ads are set to non-personalized—we don't use your chart or behavior for targeting.
📚 Intellectual Property
The app name, logo, UI design, calculation algorithms, interpretation content, and divination result logic are all our intellectual property
You cannot use them commercially without authorization
But your chart results are "yours"—feel free to share screenshots with friends

⚠️ Important Disclaimer
Divination results are for self-exploration reference only, not factual predictions.
Specifically:
Don't make medical decisions based on chart results (see a doctor)
Don't make investment decisions based on chart results (consult a financial advisor)
Don't make legal decisions based on chart results (consult a lawyer)
Don't use charts as the sole basis for major life decisions
We are not legally responsible for any decisions you make based on divination results.
🛡️ Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
We are not liable for damages from service interruption, data loss, or third-party actions
Our total liability to you is limited to subscription fees you've paid us in the past 12 months, with a minimum of NT$1,000 (approx. US$30) (or this minimum amount, if you've never paid)
This limit applies to claims under contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory
If local law (e.g., consumer protection law) does not permit such limitation, this clause applies only to the extent allowed
For statutory liability under Article 28 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, that article governs and the cap above does not apply
💼 Your Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your unlawful or infringing acts, specifically:
Your unlawful use of the app (including infringement, fraud, hacking)
Compatibility partner data you uploaded that infringes others' rights (using their birth data without consent)
Disputes from false data or identity misuse you provided
Disputes from account compromise (unless caused by our system flaw)
🌪️ Force Majeure
We are not liable for service interruptions or delays caused by force majeure: natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government orders, ISP failures, Apple App Store outages, necessary emergency maintenance, etc.
🔄 Service Changes & Termination
We may add, modify, or remove features (with prior notice)
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms
Before service termination, we'll give you a reasonable time (typically 30 days) to export your data
If we discontinue the entire service, we'll provide reasonable advance notice

Please keep your registered email valid. Notices sent to that email are deemed delivered.

The app may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Apple subscription page). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or terms of service of third-party websites.
🌍 Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). If you use this service from other countries, you must also comply with local laws. Disputes will first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if necessary, the Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall serve as the court of first instance.
If you're a consumer, these terms don't affect any non-waivable rights you have under local consumer protection laws.
This section provides specific notice required by Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act and the "Mandatory and Prohibited Provisions for Standard Form Contracts of Digital Content and Online Game Services."
1. Subscription and 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
Per Article 19, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act and Article 2 of the Regulations Governing Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission for Distance Transactions, this service is "online instant-use digital content":
Subscriptions become usable immediately upon purchase
With consumer consent, the 7-day unconditional rescission right does not apply
Cancelling the subscription only stops future auto-renewal; fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable
For refund requests, apply via Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Subscription Age Limit
Premium subscription requires age 18+. Minors aged 13-17 should have a legal guardian subscribe on their behalf.
3. Service Termination Refund
If we proactively terminate service (not due to your violation): we will assist you in requesting a pro-rata refund of unused subscription fees through Apple (final decision rests with Apple per their refund policy)
If terminated due to your violation: unused fees are not refunded
Operated by an individual developer — no 24/7 live support; typical response within 1-7 business days

5. PDPA Article 28 Statutory Liability
For statutory liability under Article 28 of the Personal Data Protection Act, that article governs and the liability cap above does not apply. See the Privacy Policy for details.
📜 General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding prior agreements
Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid by a court, remaining provisions remain in effect
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a right doesn't waive that right
Assignment: You may not transfer rights/obligations without our consent; we may transfer in mergers, acquisitions, etc.
